Due to the nature of cannabis products and applicable Canadian regulations, all return and exchange requests are reviewed individually. If an issue arises with your order, our team will work with you to find a fair and appropriate resolution.

Eligible Exchanges

Cannabis flower and vape products may be eligible for exchange if:

  • The incorrect product was received
  • An item was missing from the order
  • The product arrived damaged
  • A verified product defect or quality concern is identified
  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition

To be considered for an exchange, customers must contact Exosmoke within 24 hours of receiving their order.

Approved exchanges are provided at no additional exchange or processing fee.

Non-Eligible Items

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, Exosmoke cannot accept exchanges or returns for:

  • Opened cannabis flower products
  • Opened or used vape products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products altered, tampered with, or improperly stored after receipt
  • Final-sale or promotional items, where applicable

Reporting an Order Issue

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our support team as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review each request promptly and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include an exchange, store credit, partial refund, or full refund when warranted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method whenever possible. In some situations, store credit or a replacement product may be offered instead.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider. Please allow approximately 3–10 business days for approved refunds to be completed.
